Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-call / no-shows are subject to a $50 no-show fee.
• Failure to follow this policy may result in restricted future bookings.
